This Privacy Policy explains how Suiteble (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Pylyp Niedieliev, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our Service.

By accessing or using Suiteble, you agree to this Privacy Policy.


1. Information We Collect

1.1. Information You Provide

Google OAuth Login

When you sign in with Google, we collect:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your Google profile avatar

Email Login

When you register using your email address (passwordless login), we collect:

  • your email address

We do not store passwords.


1.2. Automatically Collected Information

When you create short links or QR codes, we collect:

  • the original URL
  • the generated slug
  • total number of clicks
  • aggregated geolocation statistics (such as country)

We do not store:

  • IP addresses of visitors
  • device-level fingerprints
  • any server logs containing personally identifiable information

1.3. Analytics Tools

We use third-party analytics tools for usage insights and service improvements:

  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Hotjar

These services may collect:

  • device type
  • browser information
  • pages visited
  • session duration
  • general geographic data
  • usage interactions (clicks, scrolls, navigation patterns)

These analytics tools do not collect personal data unless you explicitly provide it.


2. Cookies

Suiteble does not use custom cookies beyond what is required by third-party authentication services.

Google Analytics and Hotjar may place cookies or similar tracking technologies.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings.


3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • provide and operate the Service
  • authenticate users
  • manage accounts and settings
  • generate short links and QR codes
  • track performance of links and QR codes
  • send essential notifications
  • understand and improve service usage
  • process payments through Paddle

We do not sell your personal information.


4. Payments and Paddle

All payments, billing, invoicing, and refund processing are handled exclusively by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Paddle may collect:

  • your email
  • billing information
  • tax information
  • payment history

Suiteble does not store or process your payment details.
All payment-related data is processed according to Paddle’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.


5. Third-Party Services

Suiteble shares data only with essential third-party providers:

6. Data Storage & Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Account data — until you delete your account
  • Links/QR codes & related analytics — until the link or QR code is deleted or until the entire account is deleted
  • Analytics data — retained according to GA4 and Hotjar policies

Once deleted, data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.


7. Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via the “Delete Account” option in your profile settings.

Deleting your account will:

  • permanently remove your personal information
  • delete all your links and QR codes
  • delete analytics associated with your content

8. International Data Transfers

Suiteble is hosted on Vercel, which may store or process data in:

  • the United States
  • the European Union
  • other regions where Vercel operates infrastructure

By using the Service, you consent to the international transfer of your data.


9. Security

We use industry-standard methods to protect your information, including:

  • HTTPS encryption
  • secure authentication flows
  • access control
  • isolated infrastructure environments

However, no online service can guarantee complete security.


10. Children’s Privacy

Suiteble is not intended for users under 18 years old.
We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.


11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email.
