This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through Suiteble (“Service”), operated by Suiteble, a brand and trading name of Individual Entrepreneur Pylyp Niedieliev, registered in Ukraine.

By subscribing to the Pro plan or purchasing any paid features, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Freemium Model

Suiteble operates on a freemium model.

  • A free plan with limited functionality is available to all users and allows you to evaluate the Service before purchasing a paid subscription.
  • Upgrading to the Pro plan provides additional features, higher limits, and premium functionality.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Suiteble subscriptions.

  • You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from:

    • the date of your initial purchase, or
    • the date of your most recent renewal payment.
  • You do not need to provide a specific reason to be eligible for a refund within this 14-day period.

After 14 days have passed, payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.


3. No Partial Refunds Outside the 14-Day Window

Outside the 14-day refund window:

  • we do not provide partial refunds or credits for:
    • unused time on a subscription, or
    • early cancellation of a monthly or yearly plan.

You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period, even if you cancel early.


4. Payments Handled by Paddle

All payments, billing, renewals, and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Paddle is responsible for:

  • secure payment processing
  • tax/VAT handling
  • subscription billing and renewals
  • applying this Refund Policy when processing refunds

Suiteble does not store or process your card or billing details.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, subject to banking and payment provider timelines.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window:

  1. Find your order confirmation email from Paddle.
  2. Follow the instructions in the email or visit Paddle’s support portal at https://paddle.com/support/ and provide your order details.

We will help you locate your order and cooperate with Paddle to process your refund request.


6. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

When you cancel:

  • your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period;
  • no further renewals will be charged;
  • payments already made are non-refundable if the 14-day refund window has passed.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund request — you must request a refund separately within the 14-day window if you want your payment returned.


7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
When significant changes are made, we will notify users through the Service or by email.
