Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Suiteble subscriptions.

Suiteble is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Pylyp Niedieliev (Ukraine). Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

1. Trial and Paid Subscription

Suiteble provides:

  • a 30-day free trial with full functionality;
  • one paid subscription (no feature plans).

The trial allows you to evaluate the Service before payment.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of:

  • your initial payment, or
  • your latest renewal payment.

After 14 days, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

3. Outside the Refund Window

Outside the 14-day window:

  • no partial refunds for unused subscription time;
  • no prorated refunds for early cancellation.

If you cancel, your paid access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.

4. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Paddle handles:

  • payment processing;
  • taxes/VAT;
  • subscription billing and renewals;
  • refund processing.

Suiteble does not store payment card details.
