Terms & Conditions for Suiteble

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Suiteble service (“Suiteble”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
Suiteble is a brand and trading name operated by Individual Entrepreneur Pylyp Niedieliev, registered in Ukraine.
By using Suiteble, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
1. Overview of the Service
Suiteble provides tools for:
- URL shortening
- QR code generation
Additional features may be added over time.
The Service may be used only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
2. Eligibility
- The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older.
- The Service is currently designed for individual users.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you may register using:
- Google authentication
- Email login
You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Suiteble for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, including:
- spam or unsolicited messaging
- phishing, fraud, or identity theft
- distribution of malware
- pornography or explicit content
- hate speech or violent content
- sale or promotion of illegal goods or services (drugs, weapons, etc.)
- any activity violating applicable laws or third-party rights
We may remove prohibited content or terminate accounts violating these rules.
5. User Content
Content created or submitted by you (such as URLs or QR codes) remains your property.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display this content solely for operating the Service.
We do not claim ownership of user-submitted content.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Suiteble offers:
- Free plan
- Pro subscription (monthly or yearly)
All payments are securely processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle’s terms and billing policies.
Prices may change; users will be notified in advance.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
8. Privacy & Data
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:
- name, email, and avatar from Google OAuth
- email for email-based login
- link analytics (click counts, country-level geolocation)
- usage analytics through Google Analytics and Hotjar
We do not sell or rent personal data.
9. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party providers:
- Paddle (payments)
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Hotjar
- Google OAuth
- Vercel (hosting)
We are not responsible for the content or actions of these providers.
10. Service Availability
The Service is provided without guarantee of:
- uninterrupted operation
- error-free performance
- complete security
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months (if any).
Users are responsible for how they use generated links and QR codes.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- these Terms are violated
- the user's content is harmful or illegal
- required by law
You may delete your account at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
