Terms & Conditions for Suiteble

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Suiteble service ("Suiteble", "we", "our", "us").
Suiteble is a brand and trading name operated by Individual Entrepreneur Pylyp Niedieliev, registered in Ukraine.
By using Suiteble, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
Suiteble provides tools for:
- URL shortening
- QR code generation
- Bio link page creation
- Calendar scheduling and public booking pages
- Link analytics
The Service may be used only for lawful purposes.
2. Accounts
You may register with:
- Google authentication
- Email login (passwordless)
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account details accurate.
3. Subscriptions, Trial, and Access Lifecycle
Suiteble uses a single paid subscription model (no feature plans).
- New users receive a 30-day free trial with full functionality.
- During the trial, all features are available without functional restrictions.
- If payment is not completed after trial:
- from day 31, creating and editing short links, QR codes, bio pages, and calendars is restricted;
- existing public short links, bio pages, and calendar booking pages continue to work for up to 30 additional days;
- after that period, public short links, bio pages, and calendar booking pages are disabled until payment is completed.
We may send service emails related to trial and access lifecycle (including reminders and account status changes).
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By paying, you also agree to Paddle's terms and policies.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Suiteble for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, including spam, phishing, fraud, malware, or content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
6. User Content
Content you submit (including URLs, slugs, bio/QR content, calendar settings, and booking page content) remains your property.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.
If you enable scheduling features, you are responsible for:
- configuring your booking availability and connected calendar correctly;
- ensuring you have the right to process personal data submitted by your visitors (such as name and email);
- the content of meeting descriptions, booking forms, and communications sent outside Suiteble.
7. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers including Paddle, Google OAuth / Google Calendar APIs, email delivery providers, analytics providers, and hosting providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, or outages.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 3 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- these Terms are violated;
- required by law;
- content or behavior creates legal, security, or abuse risks.
You may delete your account at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
